Tandem
Tandem started as an embedded AI copilot for in-app onboarding and now sells an AI workspace for B2B implementation teams. Its agents turn customer calls into plan updates that a human approves, and keep a no-login customer view of go-live progress.
Notes
- Built for 'implementation, onboarding, professional services, solutions, customer success, and forward-deployed engineering teams running complex go-lives' (homepage).
- The review screen reads 'Tandem suggests: create 2 tasks & update 4 from today's call… Nothing is applied yet'; each change has a 'Why this' card quoting the call line and linking to Gong, with Apply all / Dismiss.
- The customer view is a shareable link ('One link, no login, no IT ticket') showing milestones (Kickoff → Configuration → Testing & training → Go-live), 'Your next steps' synced to the customer's Jira, and hours and tasks burned.
- Side panel drafts a Slack weekly report and a follow-up email to the customer contact, each with Post/Send and Edit.
- 'Every agent action is approval-controlled and recorded in a complete audit log.'
- Earlier positioning (still in search results for usetandem.ai/features and /enterprise) was an in-app AI agent installed with one JavaScript snippet as a side panel; fetched today, those URLs serve the implementation product instead.
