Framer's first-site experience can start from a prompt. Wireframer (May 2025) generates a responsive, structure-only layout, and the newer Agent panel builds and edits editable pages, copy and visuals on the canvas through chat.

## Notes

- Wireframer 'generates clear, purpose-built layouts that focus on structure, not style', with breakpoints and placeholder content, so a new user starts from a wireframe instead of a blank canvas (Framer update, May 21, 2025).
- Framer AI page: 'Describe the website, page, or update you need. Framer's AI agent creates editable pages, sections, copy, and visuals directly in your project.'
- The Agent panel screenshot shows a chat beside the canvas: the request 'Change the hero to a vertical stack layout, then replace the hero image with the image attached', visible 'Thought 12s', 'Edited 7 layers, removed 2', and a Done summary.
- Output is real layers (layout, typography, components, breakpoints), not an image, and users can pick the model per task.
